Warren Philharmonic Orchestra, under Music Director and Conductor Susan Davenny Wyner, has received raves from its audiences and media critics alike. The Philharmonic has been awarded eight successive grants by the Ohio Arts Council for its excellence in programming, one of only three orchestras in Northeast Ohio to be so honored.
The orchestra is composed of some of the area's finest professional musicians, performing two public concerts each year and an instructional concert for area elementary and middle school students. The orchestra sponsors the Art in Music Contest and provides violin instruction to Trumbull County students in grades 3 through 7 through the Strings of Joy program.
