To the Warren Philharmonic Orchestra, which will have its final concert of the 2008-09 season at Packard Music Hall on Mahoning Avenue today. The “Swing into Spring!” concert celebrates area Scouts and Scoutmasters with music. The Warren Philharmonic Orchestra, as always, provides a lot of culture for the area. Tickests are available at the Packard box office or by calling 330-841-2931. Susan Davenny Wyner is the conductor.
